Compensation: $32,000 - $38,000 P/Y ($16.00 to $19.00 /hour) 
Type: Fulltime Direct Hire (NOT TEMPORARY)

Job Description
Our client is looking for a sharp individual for their Sales Support Team to be an intregal part of their continued success and growth.
 
Duties:
  • Updating Sales Activity Report
  • Helping with Managing Calendar
  • Following up with Outstanding Service Issues
  • Following up with Outstanding Billing Issues
  • Assisting with Putting together Service History Reports for Major Accounts
  • Assisting with Preparing Bids/RFP’s to ensure all needed documents are met
 
Qualifications:
  • Capacity to work in a high-volume environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have very strong math skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Honest, ethical and able to handle monetary matters in a confidential manner.
