Title: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk (AR/AP)
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $38,000 - $42,000 Per Year

Duties:
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Quickbooks Online
  • Some Purchasing Duties
  • Vendor Relationship Management
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Workflow Management
  • Internal & External Customer Service
 
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience with high-volume AR/AP
  • 3-5 years of Quickbooks experience required 
  • Capacity to work in a high-volume environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have very strong math skills. Excel experience is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Honest, ethical, and able to handle monetary matters in a confidential manner.
