Title: Collection Representative 
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 Negotiable based on experience. Full benefits, Paid leave, 401k, Dental, Vision

The Collection Representative will be placed in a challenging job in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate for this position will be a person who demonstrates excellent judgment is very professional and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualified candidate must also strive for excellence in the execution of their duties.  
 
Essential Job Functions Include:

• Handling a high volume of customer calls.
• Providing customer service with regard to collection matters, account adjustments, payments, and discrepancies.
• Interacting with the Accounts Payable Department on a regular basis.
• Solving problems and making suggestions with regard to customer account status.
• Responsible for reducing delinquency of accounts.
• Reviews weekly aging report, tracking progress and updating database.
• Performs other duties as needed or directed.

 
Qualifications Include:

• Military Veteran or family member preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of Collections experience
• Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.
• High School graduate or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
• Detail Oriented
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
