Title: Purchasing Clerk
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: Negotiable Based on Experience
• Working directly with purchasing director
• Required to work with multiple vendors and purchasing sites
• Create Purchase Orders in computer system
• Entering Purchase Orders in our vendors websites
• Manage incoming purchasing requests and timely create order and track order progress
• Organized with attention to detail is a must
• Must be self motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to meet daily Purchasing deadlines is required
• Required to have experience with Microsoft Office suite products: Outlook, Excel, Word
• Full training provided
• relevant: 3-5 years (Preferred)
• Purchasing: 3-5 years (Preferred)
