MSP Sales Executive / Manager – Northeast Florida

Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commissions | Car Allowance | Comprehensive Benefits

Our client, a growing Managed Services Provider, is expanding into new markets and is seeking a driven, high-energy MSP Sales Executive to take ownership of a territory in Northeast Florida. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses leverage technology to succeed.

As the face of our client’s brand in the region, you’ll be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and consistently exceeding sales performance targets—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Growth: Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts within the assigned territory using a consultative sales approach.

  • Leverage Multiple Outreach Strategies: Cold call, door knock, follow up on inbound leads, and network to generate high-quality sales opportunities.

  • Deliver Consultative Solutions: Conduct assessments, create tailored proposals, and present solutions that align with client needs.

  • Pipeline & Territory Management: Utilize CRM tools and online research to maximize appointment-to-close ratios and ensure accurate sales forecasting.

  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs.

  • Team Collaboration: Share best practices, collaborate with sales and technical teams, and contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales success with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Experience in Managed IT Services, business technology solutions, or related industries highly preferred.

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently while managing a full sales cycle.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (car allowance provided), and required insurance coverage.
