Quality Assurance Technician Lead
Location: Rossville, GA
Pay: Based on Experience with bonus
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Create control plans and complete PPAPs
• Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Support ISO 9001 and continuous improvement initiatives

Position Requirements

• 2+ years QA experience in metal manufacturing
• Proficient in blueprint reading (1+ year)
• Skilled with micrometers/calipers
• Understanding of RCA, FAI, and CPK
• Strong Excel and computer skills
• Solid math and analytical abilities
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and skill test
