Overview
We are hiring an Industrial Engineer – Operational Excellence to drive Lean transformation, process improvement, and safety performance across a multi-site operation.
This is a hands-on role focused on:

Compensation
$85,000 – $95,000 + performance incentives

Responsibilities
Process Improvement
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning
- Develop labor standards, layouts, and process documentation
- Identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
Lean & Continuous Improvement
- Lead Kaizen events, 5S, and waste reduction initiatives
- Drive standardization and process optimization
- Train teams on Lean tools and best practices
Safety
- Perform hazard assessments and ergonomic evaluations
- Support job safety analyses (JSA) and root cause investigations
- Improve safety systems, layouts, and visual controls
Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
- Support performance improvement across multiple sites
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Lean / Continuous Improvement
- Manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments
Preferred Skills
- Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability
- Time studies and workflow optimization experience
- Advanced Excel and process mapping tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Work Environment
- Manufacturing and warehouse environments
- Exposure to production floors, forklifts, and outdoor conditions
- Travel required (50–75%)
