Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cleared Windows Systems Administrator to fill a role on an exciting cleared program in Palm Bay Florida with one of our premier clients. This is a direct position with great benefits, excellent pay, and opportunities for upward mobility. Current Top Secret Clearance Required.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Seeking an experienced Microsoft Windows Systems Administrator to support multiple Palm Bay Proprietary program areas
  • Provide Windows Server and desktop system administration, configuration, management, maintenance, and troubleshooting for secure program areas
  • Operate and maintain adequate network security devices (firewalls, authentication systems, cryptography for network services)
  • Document network / system topologies as required
  • Lead large IT projects
  • Interface and coordinate with program management IS security for IT related tasks.
  • Perform other IT duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
  • BS degree in IT, MIS, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience managing an Enterprise level Microsoft Windows domain
  • Experience with network architecture, desktop support, ports /protocols and encryption for the Microsoft Windows environment
  • Experience scripting in Microsoft PowerShell
  • Experience creating and managing Group Policy for Windows
  • Should be a self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • CompTIA Security+ or CISSP Certification, DoD 8570 IAT Level II
  • Microsoft Windows server 2012 MCP or higher certification
  • Cisco CCENT or higher certification
  • Familiarity with ICD-503 Risk Management Frame work process
  • Knowledge of COMSEC network encryption devices KG-175, KIV-7M
  • Experience implementing Network security policies
  • Experience with VMWare technologies
  • Experience with Commvault Enterprise backup software
  • Experience with NetApp storage systems
  • Experience managing Microsoft SharePoint services
  • Experience managing Microsoft Exchange services
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems
  • Possess a strong skill set with Microsoft Office software applications
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member
