CDL Driver Trainer

We need a few Trainers to train new drivers. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, we would like to talk to you.
Pay Range: $1,200 - $1,600 Per Week
You will train new drivers to do the following.
  • Comply with all state and federal rules and regulations that apply to commercial motor vehicle drivers and the safe operation of commercial motor vehicles.
  • Perform all duties expected or required of a commercial motor vehicle driver.
  • Learn to driver during the day and night and in various types of road, weather and traffic conditions.
  • Complete paperwork properly, utilize electronic logging devices and other electronic equipment related to the performance of duties.
  • Comply with all company policies that relate to safety, customer service.
  • Communicate with Fleet Management.
  • Other duties as needed or required.
Trainer qualifications include:
  • Military Veterans preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
  • Minimum of 1-year verifiable commercial vehicle driving experience.
  • Ability to be a great Coach and Trainer.
  • Must have a good Motor Vehicle Record. 
  • Must have a favorable work history.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen
  • Ability to complete paperwork and utilize electronic devices related to doing your job.
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.
