Annual Pay: $95,000–$225,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, develop growth strategies, and build a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for setting sales targets, driving revenue and profitability, and identifying opportunities to expand business across assigned markets and territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue, unit sales, and gross profit targets.
  • Establish sales goals and territory quotas based on market trends, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities for existing and new products.
  • Translate company sales initiatives into actionable plans for the field sales team.
  • Monitor market conditions, customer demand, economic trends, and competitor activity to guide sales strategy and product mix.
  • Evaluate and adjust pricing based on costs, competitive positioning, and supply and demand.
  • Coordinate sales team schedules, assign responsibilities, and track progress toward established goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train sales professionals to support business growth.
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and accountability for results.
  • Stay current on industry developments and sales best practices through professional development and networking.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support company objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, develop forecasts, and turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
