IT Operations Manager - MSP Experience Required

Title: IT Help Desk Field Service Technician
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 P/Y 


IT Operations Manager position will be based in Jacksonville, FL, and will be overall in charge of our client's Managed Service Provider program for multiple small and middle-market clients. The IT Ops Manager will oversee and lead in-house IT department personnel and field service technicians tasked with helping clients solve technical problems involving Windows PCs, Macs, desktop applications, anti-virus software, Windows servers, smartphones, printers, and network gear.

Preferred Experience:
  • Windows PC's installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
  • Mac installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
  • Desktop applications installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
  • Anti-virus software installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
  • Windows servers installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
  • Smartphones installation set-up, troubleshoot and repair
  • Printer and network gear installation, set-up, troubleshoot and repair
Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Associates degree (with comparably work experience) in IT related field
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 points
  • 3-5 years leading and motivating a team
  • Reliable, team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • 3-5 years MSP Business to Business experience
