Customer Service Representative

Location: Trevose, PA
Salary Range:  $42,000 – $48,000 per year

IMMEDIATE OPENING – DIRECT HIRE

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Daily interactions with internal and external customers to provide exemplary service.
  • Entering customer orders, establishing accounts, and preparing sales orders for production.
  • Providing pricing and availability information when requested and as needed or required.
  • Responding to questions regarding product or service via phone or email.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records, updating account customer account information.
  • Managing customer requests for shipping information and expedited deliveries.
  • Resolving product or service problems and collaborating with other team members when necessary to determine the cause, then implementing corrective action. Following up with the customer to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintaining customer accounts and processing adjustments and returned goods authorizations.
  • Preparing product or service reports, along with collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
  • Military Veteran or family member preferred but not required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn designated Customer Relations Management system.
