Staff Accountant

Salary: $70,000 (Bonus Eligible)
Location: Trevose, PA

Bonus Eligibility:
Paid twice a year and can amount to 2-5 weeks pay based on individual and company performance.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing and adjusting journal entries.
  • Performing bank account and credit card reconciliations.
  • Reconciling intercompany general ledger accounts.
  • Maintaining the General Ledger.
  • Assisting with month and year end closings.
  • Assisting with AP (invoice coding and check runs as needed).
  • Assisting with AR overseeing the aging report and collections activities.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

Requirements Include:
  • Military Veteran or family member preferred, but not required.
  • 3 years experience as an Accountant.
  • Accounting Degree strongly preferred. Equivalent verifiable experience will be considered.  
  • Ability and willingness to work 100% on site.
  • Experience with Sage or SAP preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
