We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial spirited and passionate sales professional to expand upon our National presence and to support the growth of current and new branches. You will work directly with Account Executives and the Inside Sales Team to produce quality appointments for NHH Executive Sales team members. We want to introduce the NHH brand to businesses so that they can gain information and learn our unique approach to RPO services. We are seeking team members that can contribute a positive and motivated attitude in a high level sales environment. Creativity and a strong grind ethic are essential at NHH. Our Inside Sales goal is to build relationships with businesses in a given territory & you must be able to think outside-of-the-box to achieve this. We supply all of the resources you will need to successfully navigate against obstacles and expose our exciting mobile-based platform to the world.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop new business opportunities and grow client base by marketing NHH services for full-time Direct Hire placement solutions and Contract-Trial to Hire positions.
- Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers. High volume cold calling required.
- Ability to overcome objections and create solutions to complex problems.
- Participate in local trade association and networking events to solidify NOW Hiring Heroes presence in the local business community.
- Maintains CRM/ATS to reflect efforts and track sales cycles.
- Exudes a positive attitude and clean cut appearance at all times.
- Prior sales experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry highly preferred.
- Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.
- Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment, while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- A combination of business development and account management skills are required.
- Must have a strong desire to build new business relationships by using proven sales techniques, closing skills and the ability to cultivate client relationships through online prospecting and cold calling.
- 2+ years’ of business to business development experience
- Must be resilient, persistent and have the ability to overcome objections.
- Must be comfortable working remotely from a quiet and professional home office. (all necessary expenses paid by company.)
