Job description and requirements:
Our client is expanding their market and are looking for a qualified, experienced Sales Representative / Consultant to be responsible for prospecting and developing a territory within in the Florida; Volusia and Flagler Counties. This includes meeting and exceeding established sales performance and profitability targets while continuously improving overall customer satisfaction and retention.
They are looking for a high energy Sales Rep. with responsibilities to include:
- Expanding the sales market through identifying and specifically developing new business and expanding the customer base.
- This includes utilizing our consultative sales approach to achieve results through; phone calls, cold knocking prospects in the territory, following up on web generated leads, qualifying and making customer calls to generate referrals, setting appointments, assessments, proposals, and closing new business.
- Utilize a central database, and the internet to research prospects and qualify leads to increase contact to appointment ratio benchmark.
- Strong commitment to personal development in order to stay up to date on market trends and impacts.
- Must possess a team player attitude and be able to work with current team and share best practices.
